A good landscape isn’t just a collection of plants. It has to account for traffic, irrigation, sun, drainage, views, structures, maintenance and how the property will actually be used.
Laura brings project-management and design leadership, along with the plant knowledge behind the nursery on her 40-acre Lakeport ranch. Sloan and Conrad bring complementary experience in landscaping, drought-conscious irrigation and outdoor property work.
Together, the team can look at the entire property instead of treating irrigation, planting and construction as unrelated jobs.

Because we operate our own nursery, plant selection can be built directly into the design process. Customers have access to hundreds of local and artisanal varieties rather than choosing only from whatever happens to be available at a typical retail garden center.

Water Is Part of the Design
Sloan and Conrad’s irrigation experience helps us avoid a common problem: designing a landscape first and trying to figure out how to water it afterward.
Where practical, we plan plant choices, zones and water delivery together so that the finished property is easier to maintain and better suited to Lake County’s dry summers.
